Is there an application fee? How much? Where do I turn in an application?

All interested parties will be required to complete our online application and submit a fee of $35.  All applicants over 18 years of age will be required to complete an application. The application fee will cover a credit report, a criminal background check, as well as your rental/eviction history and monthly income verification. The screening process is typically completed within 48 hours and can be submitted directly through our website.

When is your staff available for showings/inspections?

Our standard business hours are Monday-Saturday from 9:00AM to 5:00PM. Our staff shows property by appointment only, so please contact our office today to make arrangement to view your desired properties.

Do You Accept Pets?

We do accept pets in properties that permit such animals.  In the event that you elect to have a pet in the home, we will require an additional $500 Security Deposit, which will be held as a refundable deposit.  We do not currently allow dogs that are listed under “Dangerous Breeds”.

Who do I call for maintenance issues?

In order to limit the stress regarding maintenance issues, we have a dedicated team to work with tenants and vendors to remedy issues quickly and economically. We have a vendor panel comprised of service professionals that specialize in various areas of home repair, appliance service and general maintenance. Tenants can submit maintenance requests directly through our website, which will be addressed by our Maintenance Team. For emergency situations that may arise during non-business hours, we offer a hotline to contact for immediate assistance. Our hotline is connected with our vendors and a representative can quickly communicate any needs to the appropriate parties.
