We want to help you make the rental process smooth and easy. Here’s what you need to know in order to breeze through the application process:

 

Please be prepared to pay the application fee as outlined in the property listing. In addition to this rental application, you will also be required to provide a copy of a valid form of identification and proof of income.

To complete this rental application, you must be prepared to provide 3 years of residential history as well as contact information for your rental references. You will also be asked to provide information on your monthly income, and please note that all properties require that the applicant(s) combined gross income is at least three (3) times the monthly rent amount.

Each resident over the age of 18 must submit a separate rental application.

Applications will not be considered complete until we have received copies of the aforementioned documentation.  If you are unable to attach/upload the documents, please be sure to deliver hard copies to our office within 24 hours of the submittal of your online application.

Rental Criteria:
After completing the criminal and credit background check on each applicant, the following findings are grounds for “non-approval”
*Unsatisfied judgments, liens or collection accounts
*Evictions within the previous 3 year period
*Excess debt
*Payments more than 60 days past due
*Felony convictions within past 7 years
